Research Endeavors:
- Bachelor's Project: Explored the impact of notch depth on the strength change rate of various steels under Dr. Zebar Jed's and Dr. Sajjadi's guidance.
- Forging Molds Lifespan Study: Analyzed factors affecting the working life of forging molds at Tos Forging Company as an Intern.
- Eddy Current Non-Destructive Testing: Investigated using eddy current methods to determine the depth of the decarburized layer of steel parts in collaboration with Tous Group, supervised by Sapco and Dr. Kashefi.
- Heat Treatment Microstructure Separation: Applied non-destructive eddy current methods to separate parts with inappropriate microscopic structure after heat treatment, supervised by Dr. Kashfi.
- Master's Project: Reviewed and analyzed Bark Hazen signals in non-destructive methods under Dr. Kashfi's supervision.
- Ph.D. Project: Developed a layered composite nanocrystal structure using the SPD extreme plastic deformation method, guided by Dr. Fethullah Qods.

- Authored and contributed to numerous scholarly articles and conference papers, including:
- "Comparative study of eddy current and Barkhausen noise methods in microstructural assessment of heat treated steel parts."
- "Nondestructive characterization of microstructure and mechanical properties of intercritically annealed dual-phase steel by magnetic Barkhausen noise technique."
- "Magnetic NDT Technology for characterization of decarburizing depth."
- "Monitoring of Martensitic Transformation in Cold-Rolled 304L Austenitic Stainless Steel by Eddy Current Method."
- Presented at the 3rd International Conference on Manufacturing Engineering (ICME2011) and the first international conference of the Iranian Metallurgical Engineering Society.
Patents:
- Developed a non-destructive eddy current method for determining the decarburized layer depth in steel part, recognized by the General Directorate of Companies and Industrial Property Registration (May 2019). This innovation received scientific approval from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad and was endorsed by the National Elite Foundation.
- Invented a Bark Hazon signal analysis device for material properties determination, registered with the General Directorate of Companies and Industrial Property Registration (No. 84068, Mehr 2013).
